Now, the original DNA program for Frigate Birds, did that start out as punch cards or reel-to-reel tape?

Started out as notches on a stick, then knots on a rope…

Since we’ve had a adult Fregata magnificens and now a fledgling, do we get an egg in the nest, next? Would the next picture in sequence be unsuitable for prime-time viewing?
