I see that the species is classed as “Less Concern”. This rather spoils the thought

Egrets, I’ve had a few

But then again, too few to mention

If this egret is a noisy character the second part of its name is very appropriate; in the Zulu language it is the word for “Shut up!!”

If this egret is a noisy bird, the second part of its name is very appropriate. It is Zulu for “Shut up!”
